Here’s the story of Lola and how she’s settled into a new life in her forever home with Fiona & Graham…
Lola has settled in very well to her new home in the country. She now lives with 2 cats, 2 donkeys, 3 chickens & 5 pigs.
She especially likes the donkeys as when they are fed their carrots she gets one too. She is enjoying her long walks in the woods and the trips to the beach. We both love her to bits as she is such a character, full of fun and energy and a wee bit of mischief.
Recently she started to be unsteady on her feet and fall over occasionally. After 5 weeks of crate rest a different vet thinks she has a neurological deficit that is degenerative.
She is now out of the crate back to running around like a lunatic and playing with her toys. She falls over occasionally but gets straight back up. She has brought so much joy and happiness to our lives.
Thank you for allowing us to give her a home.
