Wilma

Wllma is a beautiful, loving, very loyal Spanish Mastin, about seven and a half years old.

This lovely big girl is looking for a retirement home as an only dog, ideally in a quiet, rural home where she can sleep on the sofa and have a good sized garden where she can stroll about.

She has lived in a pack of three dogs for the last seven years which has worked for the most part.  However, as she is getting older, it is clear that she does not like other dogs and this can come out in aggression, especially dogs that are high energy or show any signs of vulnerability.  Unfortunately, due to this she can no longer live with other dogs and it is with great heartbreak to her family that she is now looking for a new home.

She is a loving, affectionate girl who just loves chilling out and pottering about the garden. She would really suit a country home and someone who is used to large breed dogs. She is great with children, cats and people.

She is a very independent dog and will happily sit on her own for the peace and quiet, but she also loves human company and a good belly rub.  She may stare at you from across the room, beating her tail on the sofa and paw at the air to tell you she wants a cuddle.  if you dare stop, she will paw at you until you continue stroking her.

Someone willing to take on Wilma who understands her breed and particular needs will find themselves rewarded with a most precious, loving and loyal dog. Wilma is just looking for a loving home where she will be doted on and someone who is happy for her to plod about and enjoy her golden years.

Wilma is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. And has had a recent health check from the vets. She is currently fostered in Hampshire.
