This lovely boy has spent all his life on a chain walking and sleeping in his own excrement. The only time he has been out has been in the hunting season. Thankfully one of our volunteers managed to get his owner to sign him over to us so now he can finally have a life. He is currently safe in a foster home and getting used to some well deserved home comforts.
Update on this lovely podenco, now called Jango, after only a few weeks he is doing really well, he loves to be touched and cuddled. He has turned from a nervous dog to a very relaxed happy boy who adores the sun. He’s already gaining weight and his coat starts to shine. He is very social with the other dogs, cats and chickens. And loves the children in his foster home. After being chained for 12 years, this gentle boy finally deserves a loving home. Please get in touch if you can give this boy his very special home.
